AWANA 24/7

The purpose of the AWANA 24/7 Ministry is to supplement and strengthen the Youth Ministry at Southside. The 24/7 Ministries is for junior (Trek), and senior (Journey), high school students. This part of the AWANA ministry was formerly JV and Varsity AWANA.  Materials have been totally re-worked to make them more appealing to, and more relevant to today's teens.

The format for 24/7 is similar to regular AWANA Club, with Bible memory work, games, and worship time. The students who continue at this level are very motivated to complete the coursework, and as a result, they get to know God's Word very well. There are regional and national events for the teens to compete with other teens working on the same material in Bible Quizzing and Games. Most of the teens involved at this level also serve as leaders in training at our AWANA Club.
