Small Groups Ministry

The purposes of the Small Groups Ministry are for believers (and guests) to meet informally to study the Word of God, fellowship together, and mentor each other. The groups typically range from five to fifteen participants, and meet in homes or church meeting rooms for 45 - 90 minutes weekly, either mornings, daytime, or evenings. To meet the hectic schedules of young couples, groups also meet on Sundays between worship services, and child care is provided. Meeting times and locations of groups are established to accommodate the schedules of the participants.

Each group is unique, based on the characteristics of the participants and the subject matter. The groups include a facilitator, who helps keep the conversations on topic, using discussion questions, study guides, or a video series. Topics include studies of the Bible, Christian books, or any other timely subject selected.

Besides studying the Word of God, the small groups provide a fun, informal, and relaxed setting to meet and fellowship with other Christians, and to cultivate true and meaningful relationships. As iron sharpens iron, these groups provide an opportunity to share experiences, and to help each other learn and expand relationships with the Lord.

It is our vision to have all believers join a small group to study the Word of God, fellowship, and develop real Christian relationships that pray together, and mentor each other. We encourage you to seek and find a small group that meets your needs and schedule.
